Collection instructions: Serum Separator Tube (SST).
Processing: Follow all precaution for handling biological material. Use all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Allow specimen to clot completely at room temperature. Separate serum from cells ASAP or within 2 hours of collection.
Storage: Refrigerated.
Stability: After separation of cells: Refrigerated: 1 week, Frozen 2 weeks At ACCU: Refirgerated/Frozen: 1 week
